Slide 2: 

As a child, I didn’t really understand who God is. My parents would tell me stories about Him and I’d listen eagerly. I believe my personal relationship with God started when I was born even though I couldn’t understand anything at that time. It was like an invisible figure that I could feel around me but just couldn’t see who. This invisible figure guided me through my first steps and helped me all the way.

Slide 3: 

I was formally introduced to God during my baptism in 1997 by my parents. This special event first helped me to become closer with the Lord.

Slide 4: 

As I was growing up, many things troubled my relationship with God. I’d be pressured by others to do bad things. I was tempted to do the wrong things at a young age. There were times when I would give in at first but I’d quickly retreat and pray to the Lord. I didn’t want to ruin my relationship with God so I would constantly ask for His help in avoiding all the wrong things.

Slide 5: 

When I was in 4th Grade, my class was very noisy and naughty. Most of the boys were mean and a bad influence to others. I got exposed to people like them and I was tempted to do the things they were doing because they looked “fun”. Temptation lured me to it and I got lost… for a very long time.

Slide 6: 

I didn’t know where to go, what to do. I was lost. But then in that dark place, I saw a distant light. It was so small you’d think it was just your imagination. I believed there was something there, so I moved closer. With every step the light grew bigger and I felt stronger. The Lord was guiding me through all my hard times and he guided me back to Him. I prayed and thanked the Lord for staying with me through thick and thin. I thanked Him for helping me find my way back. After that, I prayed and listened to God even more.

Slide 7: 

Aside from the Lord, many people helped me find my way back. These people reminded me about the duties set for me and the love and kindness of the Lord. FAMILY FRIENDS

Slide 8: 

My inspiration comes from many things. Combine them all and I get the strength to move forward. Everyday I keep moving forward because of my inspirations. Art and Design Photography and Writing Music and Books Family and Friends Travel

Slide 9: 

I want to be closer to God and deepen my relationship with him. To do that, I try my best to pray more everyday and have at least an hour of silence with God. I make it a habit to share my blessings and talents with others. I try not to break any of the Ten Commandments and instead, I help others in doing what is right. I want to share the Word of the Lord to others and inspire them to follow His path.

Slide 10: 

I try to share my talents and blessings with others so that they may be inspired to follow the path of God. I want to do volunteer work to charity organizations like UNICEF in hopes of changing their lives to better ones. Someday, I wish to be an Ambassador of UNICEF Foundation and I wish to be able to travel the world inspiring others. I work hard to fulfill these dreams because I want to help others and help change our world into a better place.
