The person has passed out and cannot be woken. The person breaths slowly and erratically. The person has breathing difficulty after throwing up. The person is cold and has regular seizures. The person is in coma.What happens if you get alcohol poisoned?: What happens if you get alcohol poisoned? At very high blood alcohol levels, you can lose consciousness and go into a coma .
