Treatment plant in Plovdiv was built 30 years ago. 23 years ago because of an error burst reservoir of methane / photo / and from that moment function / WWTP / is conditional. In fact the correct name is drying feces in a final product - sludge . Years to 100 tons per day sludge are filled every conceivable hole from old mines to natural holes in mountains.

The sludge is a semi-dry lumps of shits with 73% water with jelly 62% organic matter. 1 t. dried sludge is3200 kWh. energy. Sludge recent years kept in a hole to river Chaya. The hole was packed to the brim and left and 40 cm. ..... and a few months.

For sludge . To obtain a working project with high profit it is necessary synergy of SECOND STAGE! Heat from the project for utilization of car-tire ridge is transferred to the project № 1 for the evaporation of 40 000 tons of water. / x 720 kWh =28,800,000 kWh. This makes TWO  unprofitable project into a one profitable.

Photo bio reactor for algae is a system of 10-storey space frame.  Change pipe length of 120 meters with a diameter of 30 cm soft polyethylene, are arranged at each level.  CO2, water and nutrients are introduced into the tubes at intervals of 12 m to feed algae.?  Each module contains 1200 meters and can hold 57 tons of water. Algae in a continuous cycle undergo centrifuge and then sent for drying and pressing.   Yields are from 100 to 200 kg of algae module for 24 hours at 50% - 70% lipid content / oil.:

Device and method for growing algae / Algae / and subsequent receipt of fuel, energy and food, which consist of the following: Device for the production of algae using multi platforms. Attach separate floors with drop devices, so allowsunshine in the dissolution of the system for maximum use of solar energy. Climbing fluid medium with breeding algae in it, by reciprocating pumps or systolic top level, and subsequent transfer of any lower level in the device - overflow. This keeps the whole system equals atmospheric pressure. Using nipples with corrugated plastic part that allows sustainable extension of the link to open multi-storey units. Separation of aqueous medium with algae is propagated in two equal flow and filtration , separation, drying and pressing of one stream. This allows us to spend a certain amount of food / biomass and protein / and oil / lipid / energy production and consumption. Add to water flow remaining after the filter of the necessary mineral salts and carbon monoxide to create a new generation.:
