Also in the 1880s, my grandpas family came from Italy to the Midwest. On my dads side of the family, I learned that my grandpas ancestors left Germany and arrived in America around 1750. They lived in Kentucky for several years. My grandmas ancestors immigrated to America from Germany as well.Family Health History : Family Health History After studying my family’s health history, I found that the most common diseases in my family were heart disease and diabetes. Because these were repeating health issues in my family, it is possible that I also could develop these diseases. I learned that if I exercise and eat healthy, then I will have a lower chance of being diagnosed with these diseases. I also found out some positive things about my health history. It has been shown that there is history of high metabolisms and very low rate of obesity on both sides of my family. Luckily, this means that I too will probably inherit these traits.Fitness Testing: Fitness Testing Mile time- 7:45 ~pass Push ups- 15 ~pass Sit ups- 60 ~pass Sit & Reach- L17 R18 ~pass Trunk Lift- 12+ ~passActivities : Activities Activity Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Total Studying 3 hours 1 hour 2 hours 1 hour 1 hour 8 hours Sleeping 7 hours 8 h0urs 8 hours 7 hours 10 hours 4o hours TV watching 30 minutes 0 2 hours 1 hour 2 hours 4 and a half hours Computer 1 hour 1 hour 1 hour 1 hour 2 hours 5 hours (includes homework on computer) Phone [phone got stolen] 0 0 0 0 0 0Social & Emotional Health: Social & Emotional Health My Hobbies: Cheer, hanging out with friends, exercising, community service, tumbling My Pets: Beau (Ragdoll kitten) Bella (Snowshoe Siamese kitten) Travel: I love going to the beach or anywhere that has warm weather with friends. The message the song is sending is to be your self and that you need to choose what path you are going to take in life and to not let others choose it. I always try to be myself and enjoy life. Life is too short to dwell on unhappy things so I think it is very important to be happy with what you have and enjoy your life. I view myself as a friendly and outgoing person. I consider myself to be social and not afraid to stand up in what I believe in.Future Aspirations: Future Aspirations One person that has made a positive impact in my life is my best friend. She is always there for me when I need someone to talk to and she always understands what I am going through. We have a lot of fun together and I feel like we can be ourselves with each other. We have been best friends for over 5 years and I don’t know what I would do without her. Dear Arielle Thank you for being such a wonderful best friend throughout the past 5 years. You have made such a positive impact on my life. Even though we fight sometimes, we always seem to get over it and just end up laughing about it. I don’t know what I would do without you because we have so much fun together and you are one of the only people that I feel like I can be my crazy self with. I know we are going to remain friends forever and I just wanted to thank you for everything you have done for me. Love JuliaFuture Aspirations: Future Aspirations 3 years from now…….. I see my self graduating high school and going to college somewhere in California. 5 years from now…… I see my self still living in California. Hopefully I will have a good and stable job then and I will be making new friends 10 years from now….. I see myself with a job that I love, somewhere nice to live, possibly getting married and living life the best I can.\ If I could accomplish just one thing in life it would be to live life the best I can and to make others as happy as possible.Media Awareness: Media Awareness In my life personally, the media does not mainly affect how I dress, act or look. From time to time, I may read magazines for fashion advice but I never act a certain way just because someone in the media acts that way. I like to dress and act like myself and not steal ideas from others. I believe the media has a negative effect on some people because when they see someone acting a certain way in the media, they think that they have to dress, act or look like that too when really they should just be themselves and not compare themselves to celebrities on TV. ~~Media Billboard~~ : ~~Media Billboard~~ BE YOURSELF!!
