IntelaTrac feature that allows documents to be attached to tasks in rounds and be downloaded to the handheld during a transfer.
Documents can then be viewed while completing a round.
Documents might also be viewed external of Pocket IntelaTrac as a general reference tool for an operator.

Documents created (Acrobat PDF, Word, Excel, Text)
Consider how the document will look on the smaller handheld screen.
Edit a round in Procedure Builder and specify the document to attach.
Save the procedure, release schedule
Transfer the handheld
Open the round
Tap the document icon while on that Task.

Change the Administration option to point to this server LAN share location

6 “Attached Documents” Edit a round and specify an attached document This is the location on your PC or H drive where the document resides. This is the location of the LAN share set up to hold documents. Must match the setting in Administration.
