Invite the famous opera singer , Koi Ming Fai to have performance there and hold some talks to arouse the interest of the foreigners to promote traditional Cantonese operas overseas Launch an overseas competition of creating a new version of Cantonese opera in English 8 groups of cultural exchange students from universities overseas will be invited to HK to perform in the festival and know more about our traditional music and help promote the festival in their countries The cultural exchange students will help distribute leaflets in their countries Have advertisements on the planes of Chathy Pacific over the world Promotion
