Sovereignty - Having the freedom and responsibility to determine what is right for yourself and be self-governing. Empowerment - Giving voice to and owning your power, and providing the tools to help others recognize and access their power.Principles: Principles Professionalism - Keeping clear boundaries between yourself and your work, being accountable to a set of standards. Partnerships - Having mutually cooperative and respectful relationships with others in the groups or systems with which you interact.
