Scott 2002). The customer care has played an extra important role in the development and succeeding of any organization.

The purpose of Customer Care:

The purpose of Customer Care Remain the number of potential customers of the company, beside increase new ones. Help companies find out the change in customers’ demands and give right policies for that. Keep the contact between sellers and buyers close. Bring the unshakeable development for the company.
