Premium member Presentation Transcript POSTURE: POSTURE Introducing the good and bad effects of human’s posture posture.Human body always reflects through while standing, walking and sitting: Human body always reflects through while standing, walking and sitting Firstly late’s take the e.g. of standing posture.Slide 3: General Rules For Standing - maintain a straight spine rather than slouching to the side. - keep the chin up with the head centered over the shoulders. - keep the feet slightly less than shoulder width apart. - avoid standing still for long periods of time, rather, sit down or move around.Now I am taking the e.g. walking posture of the human body: Now I am taking the e.g. walking posture of the human bodySlide 5: Walking Keep the head up and eyes looking straight ahead . Avoid pushing your head forward . Keep shoulders properly aligned with the rest of the body .Now the most imported posture of the human body is sitting.: Now the most imported posture of the human body is sitting. Whil e working in the office. Proper Postures for Students using LaptopsSlide 7: While Sitting on the chair . Align your back with the back of the office chair . Flex your arms at a 75- to 90-degree angle at the elbows . You may have to adjust the office chair. Make sure your neck, back, and heels are all aligned .Good and bad posture while sleeping.: Good and bad posture while sleeping.Slide 9: Sleeping Use a proper back support, but remember that individual preference is very important . Try to sleep on your back . Use a pillow to provide proper support and alignment for the head and shoulders .Slide 10: A proper posture can also makes you look instantly thinner, and more confident and proper posture can also add inches to the height.
