Slide 1: 

Quickly-Build Site Safety Induction

Slide 2: 

All personnel who work on this site are to abide by the safety directives outlined herein and must comply with all site specific safety requirements as deemed necessary and, in particular will, while on site………….

Slide 3: 

In an emergency, raise the alarm by notifying the RBC immediately, located on site. Your Induction Guide will now point to its location

Slide 4: 

In the event of an emergency, you will hear the following sound : 3 blasts of the ‘air horn’.

Slide 5: 

When you hear this alarm, please proceed IMMEDIATELY to the evacuation assembly point – the area opposite the main entrance. Wait for the ‘ALL CLEAR’ to be given by the attendants before returning.

Slide 6: 

If you have an accident and are injured, please report this immediately to the First Aid department, located on-site. Your Induction Guide will now point to its location

Slide 7: 

If you have an incident, - that is….where you could have been injured or property may have been damaged, - please report this immediately to the Safety Department.

Slide 8: 

If you see a hazard that you cannot fix immediately, please report this to the Safety Department. Your Induction Guide will now point to its location

Slide 9: 

Your Team Overseer will give you a Safety Briefing prior to your starting work. If you have any safety concerns – ask your Team Overseer.

Slide 10: 

Please avail yourself of the water/cold drink stations and sunscreen stations to assist you with hydration and sunburn.

Slide 11: 

Should we experience inclement weather, please seek advice from your Team Overseer or the Safety Dept.

Slide 12: 

Be aware that Lasers and Explosive / Nailing Guns may be in use on this site. DO NOT interfere with ANY equipment you are not authorised to use.

Slide 13: 

Cranes may be used on site. Please keep well clear of them when they are in use.

Slide 14: 

Please ensure that ALL your electrical equipment is safe and fit for use and has a current Test Tag in place.

Slide 15: 

Manual Handling Use the equipment available or make it a TEAM lift. Don’t forget your protective gloves where required.

Slide 16: 

If you are working at height, be mindful of those working under you. Secure your hand tools. Conversely, those working at ground level , be aware of those working above you.

Toilets are located at the rear of this site.Your Induction Guide will now point to its location

Slide 18: 

While on Site remember to wear the following PPE: *Hard Hat *Sturdy covered in footwear *Hi-Vis Vest or clothing

Before leaving this Induction, please have your white plastic ID card scanned to demonstrate you have received an induction. If you have a coloured ‘Local Volunteer Card’, please complete the form below. Thank you and enjoy your day!
