Types of public property : 

Types of public property Schools, parks, roads, letterboxes, buses, trains and street-lamps, etc., do not belongs to any one person. They are used by all of us. Therefore, they are called public property. The governments looks after these places and things. The money needed to maintain them comes from the taxes we pay,” the teacher said.

The school is perfect example of public property and the fees your parents pay is used to maintain it.

Public Property in a school A school has chairs, tables, blackboard desks, etc. They are used by teachers and children. Playground has see saws, slides and swings. These are used by all the children. These all are public property.

“We should not damage chairs, tables, doors, and windows of our classroom. We should not dirty the walls of our classroom. We should stop other from dirtying the walls.

Care of Public Property in a Park : 

Care of Public Property in a Park Parks has flowers, fountains, benches and plants in a park. Many people go to park for a morning walk. This refreshes their body and mind. In the evening, children go there to play but sometimes children pluck the flower and damage plants. This is bad habit. We should not damage public property in a park.

Public Property on Roads : 

Public Property on Roads Children travel to school by bus.
