The Great Chocolate Chip Cookie Bake Off Do you have culinary skills? Do you enjoy baking? Has anyone ever said that you bake the best chocolate chip cookies they’ve ever tasted? If the answer is yes, then this contest is for you. Ladies and gentlemen, announcing the Great Chocolate Chip Cookie Bake Off! Let not the tone of this announcement lull you into thinking this isn’t serious business. Oh contraire! Chocolate chip cookie baking is not to be taken lightly. Nations have gone to war over chocolate chip cookies. Elections have been won and lost over chocolate chip cookies. Biblical verses lament the blessings of chocolate chip cookies. To enter this contest you’ll need to bring your proverbial “A” game. RULES 1. We’ll need 4 or more contestants to bake their own batch of chocolate chip cookies. 2. Each batch of cookies will be labeled. 3. Judges with at least 35 years of chocolate chip cookie eating experience will perform a taste test. 4. A ballet will be given to each judge to denote the batch they deemed the best. 5. The batch with the highest number of votes wins the grand prize. The contest will take place on Wednesday October 13, 2010 to celebrate Customer Service Week. Please let us know if you plan to participate. For those who will, good luck.
