& keep Them. Our employment and training program normally serves more than 600 farmworkers annually; these farmworkers come into the office seeking a wide variety of help and assistance. The majority of the help and assistance is in the form of supportive services. Over the past few years, more and more migrant farmworkers are settling out and becoming seasonal farmworkers or seeking non-agricultural employment, and employers across a broad spectrum of occupations are very receptive to hiring farmworkers. Telamon staff has been quite successful in accessing farmworkers to local training institutions for formalized training and even customized training when such needs have been developed.

AT NO COST TO YOU!!! On The Job Training: Telamon Corp. could reimburse you up to 50% of training costs, up to 320 hrs.
Work Experience: Our Company pays wages to clients up to 480 hrs. while they are learning new skills for careers on which they have never worked, so we’re helping you SAVE $$$$$, Aren’t we?
We assess our clients to match them up with the right type of job our employers offer.
We do 12 months period follow up with our clients for retention purposes.
We provide hard workers, ready to go, when requested.
