Establishment of a satellite outreach center to meet spiritual and physical needs. 3. Paul Baptist Church, adult, youth and children. “We will work to increase the congregations consistent giving from 10% of the members tithing to 100%.” GOAL 5: STEWARDSHIP Strategy 1

Research other Christian ministry practices and compare strategies and action plans on biblical/financial stewardship. 3. Assess the need to develop a financial management library.
