We need to lead a 6,000 member strong non profit organization – this is huge, complex and challenging task – but it is not an impossible task TEAM INDIA 2.0

Emotions are part of the game, but don’t be emotional always Let us build very open and transparent culture/communication Let us understand each others personality and collaborate – look at strengths, not the weaknesses

TEAM INDIA exists for providing value to members and chapters/components. Chapters have to take care of their local requirements and align with TEAM INDIA 2.0
