Objective 1 First of all we have to maintain a well-organized web of transportation within each city. Buses: Establish a main station in each city center and several secondary stations in different parts of each city. Spread bus stops -each is 10 min away from the other– in all bus routes. At each bus stop, the bus stops about 2 min in which passengers get on and off. provide each bus stop and station with ticket-selling machines. Provide the stations with info. offices. Set a well-organized schedule elucidating the motions of each vehicle, and the precise time of each departure and arrival.

Taxis: Make the investment in this sector conditioned so that we can reduce the number of cabs and provide the optimal service. Trying to limit the number of wandering cabs in the streets. Spread cab-stops in which available taxis can park waiting for customers. For those who wish to order a taxi, they can simply call the taxi offices.

Slide 4: 

Objective 2 Then, we should facilitate transportation to connect main cities together. Metro: Construct three main stations: one in the north, one in the center and one in the south of the kingdom, and connect the three stations with one main metro line. Construct a station in each northern city and connect it to the main northern station. The same technique is applied in the center and the south. Impose a metro tax on all citizens to reduce the expenses of traveling by train.  Spread ticket-selling machines and info. Offices in each station. A metro departs from each station every 1-2 hours depending on the distance between stations. Transportation by metro is available from around 5 a.m. till midnight.

Taxis: Provide several hundred cabs to connect every two cities together. Establish a cab station in each city center.

Objective 3 We also should control and limit traffic jams. Parking: Construct multi storey and underground parking-lots Forbid the parking-lots in front of markets and companies to be extended towards the main streets, and in order to organize them, we should move them to behind those buildings. Construct several flyovers and tunnels for automobiles in places suffering of traffic jams. Bicycles: Make bicycles’ pathways on the sides of the streets. Set a campaign to alert people to the importance of exercising.

Labor time: Change the labor time of different companies and ministries so that they begin and finish labor at different time to avoid choking traffic jams in the morning and the evening. Give each group of companies and ministries a different day as a holiday.
