Slide 2:

Introduction This section of the assignment gives you information regarding airbus A-300 to A380 passenger carrier and a research on the current scenario in the aviation industry with active references to the latest aircraft, safety equipments, and upgraded in flight services in a competitive scenario.

Slide 3:

ACKNOWLEGDMENT I TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO THANK ALL MY TEACHERS AND COLLEAGUES FOR HELPING ME OUT TO COMPLETE THIS PRESENTATION. I SPECIALLY THANK OUR AVIATION FACULTY MRS.KAVITA FOR GIVING ALL ASSISTANCE IN MY WORK.

Slide 5:

The airbus A 300 is short to medium range wide body aircraft. Launched in 1972,the A-300 was very advanced and influenced later subsonic airline designs, the technological highlights include: Advanced wings. First airliner to be fitted with wind shear protection glass. Electrically controlled braking system. Glass cockpit flight instruments. There are 8 exits in A300 AIRBUS A-300

Slide 7:

AIRBUS A-310 The first flight of the A310 occurred on April 3 1982, Service entry was with Lufthansa in April 1983. Early production A310s did not have the small winglets that became a feature of later build A310-200s and the A310-300. The A310-300 is a longer range development of the base A310-200. This version can carry a further 7000kg of fuel in the tailplane.

Slide 8:

CAPACITY OF AIRBUS A-310 Flight crew of two. Max passenger capacity at nine abreast 280. Typical two class arrangement for 20 passengers at six abreast and 192 economy class passenger eight abreast. Cargo capacity in fore and aft under floor compartments can hold 2.44 x 3.17m (88 x 125in) pallets or a total of up to 14 LD3 containers.

Slide 9:

Perhaps the most important contributor to Airbus Industry's success as an airliner manufacturer, the four member A320 family is a significant sales success. The 150 seat A320 is the foundation and best selling member of the family. The A320 is perhaps best known as the first airliner to introduce a fly-by-wire flight control system - where control inputs from the pilot are transmitted to the flying surfaces by electronic signals rather than mechanical means. AIRBUS A-320

Slide 10:

Main cabin can accommodate a maximum of 179 passengers in a high density layout. Typical two class seating arrangement for 12 passengers at four abreast and 138 at six abreast.

Slide 12:

AIRBUS A-330 The A330 which entered service in 1993. It is based on a stretched A300-600 fuselage but with new wings, stabilizers and fly-by-wire systems. The A330-300 carries 295 passengers in a three-class cabin layout (335 in 2 class and 440 in single class layout) over a range of 10,500 km. It has a large cargo capacity, comparable to early Boeing 747s.

Slide 14:

AIRBUS A350 Airbus A350 will be built on technologies development for the airbus A380 and will have a similar cockpit and fly-by-wire system layout. A cabin cross section of 220inches/5.58mtr from armrest. Purity of cabin air is provided by gaseous filter and ozone/volatile organic compound converter. Use of latest technologies .

Slide 16:

The new airbus A-380 is a double-deck wide body. Four engine airline manufacture by Europe. The large passenger airline in the world, it designed to carry 555 passenger in the class configuration A-380 is a also termed as the “super jumbo” of aviation industry. A380 provides more than 80% of the floor place than A300 A380 also possess some luxury area as the gymnasiums, bar, beauty salon, etc for more passenger comfort. Noise level is lower of any existing aircraft. Wireless Network Will Provides Wireless Broad Band Internet . LATEST AIRBUS A-380

Slide 19:

A-380 is the first aircraft to evacuate 853 passenger in 80 seconds during an emergency test.

Slide 20:

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AIRBUS A-300 AND LATEST TECHNOLOGY THE A380 IS CURRENTLY THE WORLDS LARGEST PASSENGER JET, IT WAS MUCH MORE RECENTLY BUILD THAN THE A300. AS FAR SIZE IS CONCERNED WITH A300 AND A380 ITS A BIT LIKE COMPARING A MINI COOPER TO A TANK, THERE IS A MASSIVE SIZE DIFFERENCE. THE A300 IS SLOWLY GOING OUT OF SERVICE AND BEING REPLACED BY THE A300. THE A380 IS ALSO MUCH MORE UP TO DATE AND CONTAINS MORE ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY THAN THE A300.

Slide 21:

CONCLUSION THE AIRBUS A300 IS AN AIRPLANE THAT IS CONSIDERABLY SMALLER THAN THE A380, HAS ANALOGUE DISPLAYS AND GAUGES AND ALL GAUGES AND COMPONENTS OF THE AIRCRAFT ARE SHOWN ON COMPUTER LIKE SCREENS KNOWN AS MULTI-FUNCTION DISPLAY SCREENS. AIRBUS 380 LATEST TECHNOLOGY IS THE BEST AIRBUS.

CONCLUSION THIS WORK HELPED ME TO IDENTIFY THE PARTS OF AN AIRCRAFT,COCKPIT,ROLES OF A CABIN CREW. THIS ALSO HELPED ME IN KNOWING MORE ABOUT AIRBUS A300. I GOT AN IDEA ABOUT THE EMERGENCIES THAT I WILL HAVE TO FACE. I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT THE SAFETY AND EMERGENCY EQUIPMENTS ALSO.
