HISTORY The Company., was promoted by first generation entrepreneurs namely Mr. Vivek Shukla, Mr. Praveen Chand Rai and Mr. Anant Kumar Choudhary and incorporated in India with the name & style of Transcend Logics Pvt. Ltd. on 30th Aug’ 2004 as limited liability company, with the objective of providing International Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution services. The name of company has been changed to company Pvt. Ltd. in march’ 2007. In its first year of operations (F.Y. 2004-05) the Company achieved sales turnover of INR 30.5 million which on the strength of expansion in customer base increased to INR 552.7 million during the previous financial year ending 2007-08 with the consolidated growth of 1700% with a span of less then four years and aiming to double its turnover figure in the coming financial years 2008-09. The reason behind the impressive success of the company is the dedication discipline and dynamism of the promoters and employees of the organization to achieve the desired goals.
