A wide ecosystem is involved from institutions (Ministry of Economy, Chambers of commerce, Chambers of trade, etc) to private companies (OEMs, ISVs, banks, telcos,…). This is a nationwide program with more than 550 training locations, 750 SMB trainers and 150 000 SMBtrained. 4 Launched in early 2007, France’s Passport initiative was implemented by French government to drive economic growth and employment by accelerating ICT adoption among small businesses.
