Canada, Norway, Colombia about to join IHRC and the Haiti Reconstruction Fund : IHRC and the Haiti Reconstruction Fund HRF Steering Committee chaired by Gov Representatives from UN, IDB, WB, Donors, & Trustee Approval process: Implementing Agency (Gov, UN Agency, NGO, Private Sector) works with Partner Entity (ID, UN, WB) on proposal concept IHRC endorses the proposal SC funds Partner to develop proposal concept if necessary SC reviews full proposal again in case of significant changes SC allocates resources to Partner to finance the proposal Providers of goods and services are contracted under the project by the Partner Entity Haiti Reconstruction Fund : Haiti Reconstruction Fund NGOs can receive financing and be observers at SC Tracking and transparency mechanisms: HRF funds will flow through Partner Entities HRF will post all relevant information on its public website Partners are accountable to the SC Aid tracking is being done by UN Special Envoy and Gov Private Sector Development : Private Sector Development Special economic zones and growth poles.
