Slide 1: 

BirdRes is introducing a solution to compile and delete all cancelled segments having status code HX from an Amadeus PNR and place it in a pre-defined queue. The application runs on a pre-defined queue, where the HX PNR are placed by the Airlines. It will identify the segment with HX status and delete the same.

Slide 2: 

Script will identify the HX segment in the PNR and place the PNRs in a pre-defined Queue (need to be mentioned by client) and simultaneously the same PNRs will be copied to another pre-defined queue. The script will then enter into the pre-defined queue through QS50C0. The script will perform ERK entry, which means delete the segment and remove the PNR from the existing queue. The script will add a confidential remark through RC HX SEGMENT REMOVE ON DATE&TIME The script will save the PNR through RFROBOTIC. Perform ''ERK'' which again perform Deletion of HX or change the status of segments (KK to HK, KL to HK, UC/UN/HX to Remove) and save the changes and remove the PNR from the Queue through QN.
