It is critical that you update your profile with us as soon as possible and no later than 7/1 so that your name appears on your reservation exactly as it appears on your government ID (e.g. Passport or Driver’s License etc.)

Background
A couple of years ago the Transportation security Administration (TSA) began to implement a program called “Secure Flight”. The purpose of the program was to improve the “watch list” through more closely scrutinizing passengers based on the Name, Date of Birth (DOB), Gender and Redress Number (if applicable). The success of this program is based on the airline transmitting this information to Secure Flight, who uses it to perform watch list matching. This serves to prevent individuals on the No Fly List from boarding an aircraft and to identify individuals on the Selectee List for enhanced screening. After matching passenger information against government watch lists, Secure Flight transmits the matching results back to airlines.
The carriers must comply with second phase of this program later this year, however several carrier are implementing as soon as July 1, 2010
Therefore, Executive Travel/HRG and our GDS, Sabre automatically provide this information (which is shown in your profile) to the carrier and the carrier to TSA. Should any of your info not match the name on your government ID, Gender, DOB will absolutely result in delays and other customer service issues for you at the airport and will continue to be a problem until this profile data is updated as described above.
