Financial Incentive Programs : 

Financial Incentive Programs ICT has offered two evaluation programs with the goal of controlling the injuries and monetary losses members experience. These programs have the added reward of reducing the premium contributions a member will pay in the year after the audits. Based upon the scores accumulated the premium reduction has made a significant impact on members’ contributions.

The new document and process, called the Risk Management Evaluation (RME), combines the LPRP and the MCCP from previous years. : 

The new document and process, called the Risk Management Evaluation (RME), combines the LPRP and the MCCP from previous years. The new document has streamlined the requirements and eliminated similar standards. A section has been included to address the Illinois Department of Public Health’s Safe Patient Handling Act. Compliance for several standards can be accomplished through Safety Committee minutes. Claims review meetings and ICT sponsored manager meetings will become mandatory. An Additional Credit section has been added which will focus on several training options.
