Q1- what system do you need? A1- I need a rent car system . Q2 - what do you mean by rent car system? A2- a system make me able to control the car movement having ( stock – customer application – contract sheet ) . Q3- what do you need from the stock system to do? A3- I need to know how many cars are available and how many cars are not , and know all information about car ( color – type – price –fuel – klm …) and where it is . Q4- how cars are loaded to the stock? A4- each car has its own information and ID # and they are classified into categories. Q5- how are they classified ? A5-Cars are classified into 4 categories ( economy – sport – standard -lexury ). Q6- what do you mean by customer application ? A6- every customer came and take a car should fill an application including there personal information.

Q7- what information do you need from the customer ? A7- - driving license information ( validity date ……..). - ID information ( age – name – father name …..). - phone #. - address. Q8- what is the contract sheet ? A8- the contract sheet consist of all information needed for rent car process . Q9- what are those information ? A9- all customer information ( from the customer application ). - all car information ( from the stock ) . - deposit . - manual check system . - car rental price - car retrieval dat. Q10- how the rent price is considered ? A10- the rent price differ from one car and another and it depend and depend on the car situation.

Q11- is it the same all over the year ? A11- no it change in summer and holidays for the I want to be able to control the car price . Q12- what do you mean by deposit ? A12- a sum of 330$ paid before taking the car and to be returned when return the car without damage . Q13- what do you mean by manual check system ? A13- a system show me the condition of the car before renting and after delivering Example ( damage – spare wheel – fuel –klm …..) Q14- what happen if the customer deliver the car with damage ? A14- there are many kinds of damage for that I deal with the customer about the damage and it will be paid from the deposit .

Technical Mechanism : 

Technical Mechanism Buy cars . Classify them . Add them to the stock Customer came and choose a car . Fill the customer applications. Open contract sheet and fill the information. Check the check system out in the contract sheet . Put deposit . Return the car back . Check the check system in . Pay the rent . Give back the deposit if there is no damage.

Reports : 

Reports 1- car location list . 2- car report to be returned by date 3- closed rental list . 4- list of price. 5- stock report. 6- customer application list . 7- car rented list .
