ABOUT VISHWA : ABOUT VISHWA Vishwa Developers and Builders Company was founded on December 28th, 2002 with just Rs 10,00,000/- by group of four people, who shared one common dream ; “To bring in best in class dream homes to Northern Karnataka home buyers”. I n just a short span of time, it has developed about 100 acres of land into beautiful residential layouts in Northern Karnataka region and has a market share of 8 per cent in Hubli- Dharwad. Vishwa has fast grown to be preferred choice for the people of North Karnataka to build their homes. VISION AND MISSION OF VISHWA : VISION AND MISSION OF VISHWA VISION : Providing good housing facilities to customers at competitive price, so as to gain total customer satisfaction and to be a market leader in Hubli-Dharwad by 2015. MISSION : To assure best quality infrastructure and to realize dreams of those who desire to have roof. Want to create better planned layouts and homes in eco-friendly way to all its customers at an honest price. Slide 4: Title of the Project “Study of investor’s preferences and trends" towards investing in Real Estate. Main Objectives of the study: “To understand investor’s behavior on various investment alternatives.” Sub Objective of the study: To study the investment pattern of people. To study the investment decisions of different social class people (in term of age group, education, income level etc.) To analyze the investment pattern of people who reside in an economically developed area and economically developing area. To study the organization and its profile. DATA COLLECTION METHOD : DATA COLLECTION METHOD Primary Data A questionnaire schedule was prepared and the primary data was collected. BASIS OF INVESTMENT : BASIS OF INVESTMENT FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE CHOICE OF VARIOUS INVESTMENT ALTERNATIVES : FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE CHOICE OF VARIOUS INVESTMENT ALTERNATIVES Findings in a nutshell. : Findings in a nutshell. Income level of an investor is an important factor which affects portfolio of the investor. 70 percent of the investors are preferred to invest in either monthly or quarterly or weekly basis. 60 per cent of the investors are investing on the basis of self-analysis. Future Growth and risk involved is most important factor for the investor before taking any investment decisions. Suggestions: : Suggestions: Customer retention program Based on the survey conducted it that 55% of the respondents are willing to invest in long term hence it is suggested that the company should come up with some retention programs such as Educate them about the befits of investing in real estate.
