Truckalocity’s Loss Prevention Policy Truckalocity Master Broker®s will serve as your mediator in all CLAIMS for loss and prosecute claims to their logical conclusions, as the Agent of the Injured Party. An OS&D form prepared by Master Broker® for Shippers signature and distribution. Truckalocity may also prepare a preliminary claim notice on our customer’s behalf and file within 24 hours of the identified short and/or damaged cargo and present same to Carrier’s Insuror and obtain proper “CLAIM NUMBER” from the Underwriter. The BOL NOTATION will be managed by Master Broker.
