Overview :
Overview Organizational Behavior focuses on understanding human behavior at the individual and group level, including the effect of organization structure, design, and culture on that behavior.
Managers have traditionally been held accountable for influencing their employees’ attitudes, behaviors, and performance. Study of human behavior can help managers explain and predict the actions of others inside and outside the organization.
OB explores current approaches, models, and methods that managers use to influence individuals and groups.
