Year 11 Exam Preparation We have developed a different approach this year with minimal ‘study leave’ compared to previous years
When depts. finish their course early e.g. Art (after 29/4), students are to bring work and revise whilst supervised by the Art teacher. RS and Literature revision activities to be provided
Students last timetabled day Friday 28th May – (including End of Key Stage Celebration Assembly) Half term holiday follows.

continued 30 min ‘warm-up’ session prior to all exams from 8.15am or 12.15pm. Curriculum areas to timetable who delivers these sessions in the Performance Hall.
Students receive a drink and a healthy snack
RS Exam - 18th May 2010 :
RS Exam - 18th May 2010 Period 1 and 2 normal lessons
Period 3 – Revision session lead by RS teachers
Period 4 - lunch (inc. revision rooms – quiet and group-work)
1.00pm exam starts
Students revise in subsequent RS lessons
English Literature Exam 25th May (am) :
English Literature Exam 25th May (am) On the 24th May
Period 4 = Literature revision session lead by English teachers
Year 11 sent home at lunchtime
Study rooms supervised by teaching staff
On the 25th May
Students in at 8.15am
Warm up session in hall (targeted students) or attend a revision room
Exam starts at 9.00am
D&T Exam -26th May (PM) :
D&T Exam -26th May (PM) Stay at home in the morning
Period 3 = D&T revision session given by D&T teachers
Period 4 = lunch
Exam starts at 1.00pm
After half-term :
After half-term Library booked out for 2 weeks for Year 11 students to study in
Monday 7th June – Maths sessions for targeted students
Students come in for exams / targeted study sessions only
