Transfer the grades on your transcript onto the Graduation Credit Check form : Transfer the grades on your transcript onto the Graduation Credit Check form Without talking, review the center column titled “Courses Completed” on the back side of your transcript.
Write the letter grades you earned for each class in the appropriate area on your graduation credit check form. Do not write an F next to courses you failed, leave them blank.
Take your time. You have a few minutes to complete this step. Raise your hand and remain silent if you have a question. An adult will come by to assist you shortly.

Bring: your completed course selection sheet, signed by you and a parent/guardian.
Within the next two weeks, during this class, you will meet with your counselor to review your course selection sheet and, if necessary, discuss credit recovery options including summer school registration.
