How You get that answer: You multiply 12.5 by 19 and there’s your answer. But be sure to put the cm (etc.) and if it’s area put the 2 after the cm (etc.) sign.
Slide 4:Allison wanted to paint the border of the lamp. The lamp was 16cm by 11.5cm. How much paint will she need?

How you get that answer: You add 11.5 by 16 twice and there’s your answer.
Slide 6:Morgan wanted her dog to get potty trained. So the next day she went and got newspaper. The next day the vet called and wanted to know how much newspaper got covered with her dogs bathroom. The newspaper was fully covered with the dogs bathroom. The news paper was 32.5in by 45in. How much bathroom was on the newspaper?

Slide 10:Mr. Ferrell had a box on his deck. He wanted to put a ribbon border around the box. The measurements are 45cm by 11.5cm. How much ribbon does he need?
