Rappaccini Daughter : 

The story “Rappacinni Daughter” is in fact the tragic tale by “Nathniel Hawthrone”in which every character loses. According to my view the theme and aim of the tale is that ‘The women in fact had the capacity for intellect among other qualities and as well women are entitled to equality. Rappaccini Daughter

Review of the story. : 

The story has four main characters. Beatrice like an rich purple plant her father Rappaccini created a scientific doctor making experiments on his own daughter. The story works so well because while being poisonous , she is also beautiful beyond measures and therefore catches the eye of young Giovanni. Review of the story.

Slide 3: 

Rappaccini is a mad scientist character who himself makes his daughter poisonous and does not realize the importance of relation, humanity and above all women Giovanni is a young man and came from Italy to study further but haunted by the beauty of Beatrice.

Slide 4: 

All the characters of the story betrays each other Rappaccini betrays his daughter by making her poisonous with his scheming and Beatrice betrays Giovanni with her innocent nature and beauty. The story seems to encourage love and beauty as to story revolves around the beautiful garden created by Dr Rappaccini and Beatrice poisoned by his father.

Slide 5: 

The character Mr. Baglioni an old friend of Giovanni's father advised Giovanni about Rappaccini and his daughter but Giovanni was under the spell of the beauty, he offers him a solution for the poison spreading in his body day by day but fail to do so. Rappaccini’s experiment causes death of his own daughter as he makes his daughter poisonous like flowers of the garden created by Rappaccini.

Slide 6: 

Both the lovers Beatrice and Giovanni died in front of Rappaccini and Dr Rappaccini experiments failed and his scientific nature fails also with the death of his own daughter and her love.

Slide 7: 

The main thing which is to understand is the helplessness of women in the society as Beatrice was poisoned by her own father first and then by her love with his hatred words which Giovanni said after realizing reality of Dr Rappaccini and his daughter. So the equality of mankind is still far away from our society, and women is suffering either by any relation.

Slide 8: 

The step which is necessary is we should condemn the concept of man’s society women's are also the part on equality basis So Dr Rappaccini is a scientific story but in my views this is a tragic story of a women who first suffers by his father then lover, as well this is story is tragic tale of women’s status in the society which needs to improve for equal rights
