Compound : Compound Table salt is a good example of a compound because it has two elements. They are Na and Cl. Compound : Compound Water is a good compound because it has more three elements. Water includes two oxygen elements, and one hydrogen element. Mixture : Mixture I think this is a good example of a mixture because it is a 14K white gold ring. It is a mixture of silver, gold and copper. Mixture : Mixture This is another good example of a mixture. It is concrete. This is a mixture because it is made up of water, and other substances used to make concrete. Mixture : Mixture Clouds are a good example of a mixture. They are made up of dust particles and condensed moisture. Homogeneous Mixture : Homogeneous Mixture Sugar water is a good example of a homogeneous mixture. You can’t separate the soap from the water. Light can also go through it. It also looks the same throughout. Homogeneous Mixture : Homogeneous Mixture Soap water is another example of a homogeneous mixture. In this case you can not separate the soap from the water. Heterogeneous Mixture : Heterogeneous Mixture Trail Mix is a good example of a heterogeneous mixture. Everything can be separated. The nuts, raisins, dried fruits, and even the cranberries. Heterogeneous Mixture : Heterogeneous Mixture A cup of pens is a good example of a heterogeneous mixture because you can separate all of the pens from each other.
