As Officer Fredricksen approached the other male subject (Lincoln) was in the left alcove of the business (According to his own testimony) and from Officer Fredericksen's position he would not have been able to see him. Officer Fredricksen would have only had one potential threat visible. Lincoln was behind alcove here
