Pres: John Samuel Ramos Mark Louie Mann Secretary: Dianne Mae Santos Joemy Naynes Treasurer: Liane Marinay Jayson Baruian Auditor: Jill Francisco Simon Bayate PRO: Yolanda Calinawan Albert Delos Santos Homer Quiocho John Kiel Cruz Mrs Myrna Gono Adviser Resolution No: Series 2008 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FACULTY ADVISER OF THE STUDENT ORGANIZATION/CLUB TO WITHRAW IN ITS BEHALF THE MEMBERSHIP FUNDS AS NEEDED PER ACTIVITY OR PROJECT Whereas, the organization has freely and voluntarily laid its programs and activities for the semester/school year in pursuance of its objectives and those of the University: Whereas, our members have agreed upon a voluntary membership fee in the amount of FIFTY PESOS ONLY (P50.00) to finance above programs and activities; Whereas, the disbursement of the corresponding budget per activity as approved under a Student Activity Request Form (SAFR) needs adequate care in the hands of a responsible officer of the organization, subject to liquidation and reporting. Therefore be it resolved as it is hereby resolved that this resolution appoints our Faculty Adviser to stand for and in behalf of this organization/club, to withdraw our funds as per activity with approved SARF; Resolved further, that copies of this resolution be furnished by the Organization Adviser, the Officers of the Organization, the Office of the Student Affairs and the Office of the University Comptroller.
