Tips on Math Anxiety :

Tips on Math Anxiety By Kaleena Alloe

Math Anxiety :

Basically, math anxiety is having a fear of having to do any type of math, and the average victim who endures this anxiety will avoid math as much as possible. In my opinion, it’s all psychological, if you’re not willing to learn something, you’re not going to enjoy it, and you’re going to want to avoid it. Math Anxiety

Tip #1 :

Tip #1 No negative attitude! This means “can’t” isn’t an option. You simply CAN! Think positive, not negative!

Tip #2 :

Tip #2 You don’t know until you try! This means, give it a try, try to understand. Don’t give up if you’re stuck.

Tip #3 :

Tip #3 No negative attitude! This means “can’t” isn’t an option. You simply CAN! Think positive, not negative!

Tip #4 :

Tip #4 Math isn’t all answers It’s about understanding how you got the answer. The logic behind the answer.

Tip #5 :

Tip #5 Math can become tough Some math problems are more complex than others and require a little more thought and work to solve the problem. Pace yourself, if you’re not understanding the problem, step away for a bit, gather your thoughts, than return back to the problem.

Tip #6 :

Tip #6 Don’t be afraid to get help Sometimes, you’re going to run into a problem that isn’t explained well enough and you may have difficulty solving the problem. Ask a friend, search it up on the internet, use the AIO Tutoring source.

Conclusion :

Conclusion Math shouldn’t bring you down Altogether, think positive, give yourself some credit for the work you can do and pace yourself, and if you get frustrated, take a break and return to the problem later! 
