Everybody stands in a circle (Do not hold hands) Pointing towards your heart with your right thumb, chant: “Everyday in every way, I am getting better and better” Our Rituals Mantra

Fold your hands in front of you, bend forward slightly and looking at the person opposite to you, chant: “Everyday in every way, You are getting better and better” Our Rituals Mantra

Our Rituals Mantra Now hold hands and chant: “Everyday in every way, We are getting better and better” End by clapping hands (to celebrate) and Stomping your feet (symbolises climbing the ladder towards Punya)
