EXTENSION ATMA- PPP ATMA is working with 19 partners namely ITC, PRADAN, GVT, ASA, MPRLP, DAAWAT, K.J. EDUCATION SOC. (OLD PARTNERS) and new partners are NICT, Consortium of Satpura vigyan sabha, MGM, Samarpan rural development foundation, ACCESS Development Services, SRIJAN, CARD, NIWCYD, MCM Prakriti bharti, Manthan gramin avam samaj seva samiti, Partners are working in the areas of farm schools, demonstration, training of farmers, exposure visit, kisan goshthi. etc. Budget allocated to PPP partners during 2009-10 is Rs. 198.266 lakhs and expenditure upto Aug. 09 is Rs. 180.00 lakhs . 34

Strengthening Extension Machinery at State Level: 1- Video conferencing in being taken as meaningful device to discuss & guide the divisional & district level functionaries about the execution of agricultural programs. 2- To prepare & finalize the rabi 2009-10 programs, meetings under the chairmanship of APC are being taken at divisional level in the month of September 2009. 3- Computer facilities upto block level is being provided to the extension functionary in the state of M.P. 44
