To Track the mechanism of the Database with the help of CRM in an efficient manner Use of Customer Tracker tool which would enable us to ease the Database Maintanence as well as generating accurate reports on time.

Reports : 

Reports The Generation of reports for HP Database is been done monthly as well as quarterly. The Updation of data is been on monthly basis depending upon the various activities that we undergo during the financial year Report Generation on quarterly basis would be send across to the HP.
