What is Change Management? : 

What is Change Management? Change is about learning Coordination and teamwork is important High levels of commitment are essential for the effort, initiative and cooperation that coordination action demands

Change management : 

Change management Education and communication Define the change in as much detail as possible and as early as possible Participation and involvement Provide updates as things develop and become clearer

Needs Assessment What is a Needs Assessment? Looks at the gap between what is and what should be Whats in the community now and what is needed to proceed with clinical telehealth

Who are the participants? Community health care providers Health Directors, Managers, Nurses Community Leaders – Chief & Council Health Boards Elder portfolio

What is the method to collect information? Key informant interviews – interviewing key people who know what the health needs are Existing information – looking at whats already available and frequency of use Looking at health priorities in the community

Goal of the Needs Assessment Identify community needs for telehealth expansion by looking at: Telehealth/videoconferencing use in the community Community resources and people to move ahead with clinical telehealth Community health priorities/community contacts
