Easy Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
2 TB Butter2 TB Flour1 onion, diced1 clove garlic, diced2 cups Cheddar Cheese, grated1 cup heavy cream1/2 teaspoon nutmeg1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepperpasta (medium shells or elbows)

Step 1:
Grate cheese.

Step 2:
Prepare pasta according to box directions (8 minutes for medium shells by Barilla).

Step 3:
While pasta is cooking, saute onions and garlic.Add flour to onions, stir until well combined about 2 minutes

Add cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper to onions, bring to a boil.Add cheese, combine.

Drain pasta, add to cheese mixture
