Slide 1:1 You are preparing to take a 3 Hour Mandatory Continued Legal Education (MCLE) course. Whether you are attending a: Live Seminar, which provides opportunity for question and answers. Viewing this presentation via Streaming Video and Audio Listening to an IPOD presentation, and request test on-line or Viewing a DVD presentation, and request test on –line. The process is the same. Each method is designed with the flexibility that allows you to take advantage of this offering as it meets your busy schedule. If you are taking this course other than by attending Live Seminar you will be given a 72 hour period of time to complete the course from the time you log on and off, after which time elapse you will be required to re-register and pay another fee to retake the course. If you choose to order and take the class by viewing a DVD or IPOD at your leisure you will have four days to complete the viewing, and take a test on-line. We will record your test results and forward same to the MCLE headquarters to certify your completion. You will receive a copy of the certificate within 10 days from our office.
