Chili Rellenos Made by: Edwin Rodriguez. This a Mexican Cultural´s dish, it is very popular and very tasty, is a good option to share whit your friends and enjoy this delicius food. Thanks for watching. English V, Section D-522

Slide 2: 

This is what we are going to need: 8 Mexican Chilies1 tablespoon vegetable oil2 eggs, beaten1 teaspoon dried Mexican oregano1 tablespoon powdered garlic3 cups bread crumbs1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated4 ounces cheese1/2 cup all purpose floursalt and pepperenough oil for frying

Now let´s see how to make the preparation.

Step 1: Start whit the Chilis. Rub chilies with vegetable oil and place on the grill

Slide 5: 

Step 2: Continiue with them. Char on all sides until skin is completely blackened and blistered.

Slide 6: 

Step 3: Them remove the skin. Allow chilies to cool, then carefully remove the skin. Cut off the stem of the chili and scoop out all of the seeds.

Step 4: Getting better. Slice cheese into 8 individual pieces.

Step 5: Put the powder of flavor. Stuff peppers with cheese sticks.

Slide 9: 

Step 6: Combine some ingredients. Combine egg, oregano and garlic powder in a bowl. On two separate plates combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and flour seasoned with salt and pepper.

Slide 10: 

Step 7: A good skin. Dust each chili with flour, dip them into the egg mixture and then press into the bread crumbs.

Slide 11: 

Step 8: Fry the chilis. Heat enough oil over medium to shallow pan fry the chilis. Place the chilis in the pan.

Slide 12: 

Step 9: Shape point. Turn the chilis when golden brown. Serve once all sides are browned and cheese has melted.

Step 10: For last, Serve. Them serve as you like, some vegetables will help rising the flavor.
