Popcorn and soda sales are being provided as a fund raiser for the Roseville Police Activities League (RPAL). RPAL seeks to enrich the lives and develop the physical, mental, and social capabilities of Roseville Youth by creating opportunities for positive relationships between Youth, Police Officers, and the Community by providing a variety of recreational, athletic, social, and cultural activities and programs.
All RPAL programs and events are low cost, or free, to avoid the exclusion of any children due to family income.
