The Start of the War :The Start of the War The Peloponnesian War was an Ancient Greece Conflict between the Athenians and the Peloponnesian League which was led by the Spartans. VS. SPARTANS ATHENIANS 431-404 B.C.
Who were the Athenians? :Who were the Athenians? People who strived for excellence no matter what the challenge was.
Believed in the philosophy “Know thyself” and “Nothing in Excess” which was found in the shrine of Delphi.
They loved the Olympics!
Who were the Spartans? :Who were the Spartans? Sparta was a militaristic city-state.
80% of the Spartan population consisted of Helots.

The Sicilian War
The Ionian/Decelean War.
The war ended in April of 404 B.C. when the Athenians surrendered.
