Stirred yoghurt :Stirred yoghurt Yoghurt is a coagulated milk product obtained by lactic acid fermentation through the action of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus from milk and milk products .The microorganisms in the product must be viable and abundant.
