And how much could be switched Distribution of round tours on transport means and travel length : Distribution of round tours on transport means and travel length Distribution of kilometres on transport means and travel length : Distribution of kilometres on transport means and travel length Maximum possible switch from car to bike : Maximum possible switch from car to bike Maximum possible switch from car to walking : Maximum possible switch from car to walking The discrete choice modelDelimiting : The discrete choice modelDelimiting Only taking round tours into account which means the whole travel from home and back to home again. Short travels are defined as round tours less than 22 km (typical two trips each less than 11 km). Adults with driving license. Included variables : Included variables Effect of using some policy means to reduce the use of car : Effect of using some policy means to reduce the use of car Distribution on transport modes in the base estimation and with increased driving time, 25 % by car, respectively 10 % by bike. And with both. : Distribution on transport modes in the base estimation and with increased driving time, 25 % by car, respectively 10 % by bike. And with both. Distribution on transport modes in the base estimation and with increased parking problems and with change in driving time for both car and bike : Distribution on transport modes in the base estimation and with increased parking problems and with change in driving time for both car and bike Effect of some overall biking policy in 3 citiesChange in biking rate from 1998/1999 to 2002/2003 : Effect of some overall biking policy in 3 citiesChange in biking rate from 1998/1999 to 2002/2003 Importance of hills for the share of biking round tours of tours less than 22 km for adults with driving license : Importance of hills for the share of biking round tours of tours less than 22 km for adults with driving license Mean difference in contours for all travels made in a circle within 5 km radius around the home of the respondent: For Denmark: 11,5 m For Vejle, one of the most hilly cities in Denmark : 35,3 m Biking share: If Denmark was completely flat: 25,2 % Mean biking share of round tours in Denmark: 20,2 % For Vejle: 12,0 % (-59 %) You do not have the permission to view this presentation.
