What is an Effective Messages It’s clear: reader doesn’t have to guess. It’s complete: reader has enough information to act on a message. It’s correct: the information in the message is accurate. It saves the reader’s time: the visual impact of the message makes the information easy to read. It builds goodwill: the message presents a positive image of the writer and the organization.

It can be either written, verbal, nonverbal and communication can also come in the form of technology (TV's, telephones, computers, cell phones, ipod’s and the list just keeps on going). But regardless to how you may look at it, you as the message sender will need to send your message in a clear and positive manner in order to be effective in the world of communication.
