INTRODUCTION :

INTRODUCTION Security alarm system is a warning system to activate the alarm system total boundary perimeter wall barbed wire is being surrounded by telephone wire and connected with Alarm circuit. If any intruder is willing to enter the base by cutting the telephone wire the alarm system will activate and buzz the alarm. AIM The aim of this project work is to develop the entire security system of the base .

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF ALARM SYSTEM::

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF ALARM SYSTEM: The alarm system circuit is developed by alarm IC UM-3561,amplifier IC LA-4508 and controlled by NE-555IC. It is the combination of two parts. a. power supply and alarm control system. b. Alarm circuit and amplifier section. In power supply section a 2Amps transformer is used to step down commercial supply 220V AC to 12V AC .After rectified this supply is used for relay control and main amplifier power supply. 3V DC supply is required for alarm circuit which is adjusted by VR1(5K).

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF ALARM SYSTEM::

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF ALARM SYSTEM: The alarm is controlled by a NE555 IC. When pin no.4 of IC NE-555 is connected with ground through security line, then the output pin no.3 of IC NE-555 will be low and transistor Q1 will cut off. So the relay remains in Cut off state and green LED indicates the normal operation condition of the circuit. Then alarm will not ring.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF ALARM SYSTEM::

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF ALARM SYSTEM: If the telephone wire is disconnected then pin no.3 of IC NE555 will be high. Then T1 will be ON and the relay will energized. So the alarm circuit and the main amplifier gets the required power supply and alarm will be sounded. Green LED will be Off and Red LED will glow to indicate abnormal situation.

RECOMMENDATION:

RECOMMENDATION This alarm system can be used in Wall Mounted perimeter Establishment. Projected alarm system is a local alarm system. If any wire is cut off then particular alarm circuit will be sounded. Efforts can be taken in hand to advance the alarm system into Centralized Security Alarm System. Local alarm sound can be transmitted to Central monitoring cell or Guard room through line/VHF Transmitter.

DISADVANTAGE::

DISADVANTAGE: Only disadvantage of this security alarm system is, if the wire is not cut off or disconnected then the alarm will not be sounded.
