Slide 3:1 Courage is not the absence of fear- it is inspiring others to move beyond it As a leader you should not show any fear ,if you have any. Through the act of appearing fearless, inspire others and by inspiring others we get the strength to overcome our own fears.
People have confidence in us, when we have confidence in ourselves.
Slide 4:2 Lead from the front- but don’t leave your base behind
Always take your support base along with you
Slide 5:3 Lead from the back-and let others believe that they are in front Persuade people to do things and make them feel that it was their own idea
Slide 6:4 Know your enemy- and learn about his favorite sport
Understand the strength and weaknesses of your enemy and formulate tactics accordingly
Slide 7:5 Keep your friends close and your rivals even closer Embracing your rivals is a way of controlling them.
“People act in their own interest”. It is a fact of human nature, not a flaw or a defect. The way to deal with those he did not trust was to neutralize them with charm
Slide 8:6 Appearance does matter-and remember to smile Always dress appropriately for your position
Slide 9:7 Nothing is black or white Life is never either/or.
