w inning formula into " easy to chew " bite-sized chunks THE ROAD TO SUCCESS: Winners never look for the easy way out, They simply look at the impossible and dare to plant their feet firmly on the narrower road to success which will always been. And on the way we must have “ an eye to hit on” in our mind . As Napolean Hill says: ”Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe,the mind can achieve ”. HARD WORK: There has never been an alternative for hard work, because Success is not something that we run into by accident. We can’t hide from it, to accomplish our dreams we have to play for it, because “ How can I win a game that had not even played”. As Henry Ford says : ”The harder I work ,the Luckier I get”.

DETERMINATION: Determination leads to give confidence to do hard work. Never give up your dreams. Don’t quit until you reach to your destination. Determination is the difference between “playing not to lose” and “playing to win” because “ playing to win comes through inspired determination and playing not to lose comes from desperation”. Let’s have a story about a daring determined winner: A young man won a gold metal in the Olympics on the pistol rage using his right hand. He went home after the competition a winner, but he had a dream to win a second gold metal in four years. While at work, his right hand was crushed by machinery to the point surgeons had to amputate his shooting hand. Our young man was"DETERMINED ," and left himself no excuses. Our athlete went to work, developed his left hand, went back to the following Olympics, and won his second gold metal. This, is "DETERMINATION" to the extreme.
